This position that will allow you to learn and grow within the automotive field. You will be earning while you are learning!

Responsibilities

Inspect and Check in new/used inventory when transporters arrive
Road-test vehicles when required.
Work under the direction of the Team leader to perform valet services when needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, report any accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Parks cars in designated areas
Retrieves cars for clients
Shuttle vehicles to and from clients homes and offices
Check customers battery life with electronic tester
Keeps service drive free of vehicles
Help clients transfer luggage or packages between cars
Assist techs in moving inoperable vehicles
Assist with housekeeping on the service drive, shop, dealership grounds and keeping it clean and clear of debris

We are seeking a receptionist. Both full time and part time available. Our receptionist is the voice and face of our dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures
Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, filing, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.

Direct clients to their intended destination in the store and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates

Examine and diagnose vehicles
Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
Plan work in cooperation with shop foreman
Provide labor estimates to service advisor
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Engage in online as well as classroom training.
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); Tech school training is a huge plus BUT not a requirement. A minimum of 12 months hands on in a shop work experience.
